A Sims 4 custom content set
This minimalism cc sims 4 includes 18 items in two sets:
1. Modern stairs (Functional – all wall height) | 2. Square stairs (all wall height) | 3. Sofa | 4. Loveseat | 5. Armchair | 6. Rug | 7. Mirror shelf | 8. Ceiling lamp (all wall height) | 9. Vases
Notes
- Includes 19 items in 2 sets
- Everything is basegame compatible
- Stairs are functional: they can be usef autonomously by Sims but are not animated: sims will be teleported. Toddlers & pet can use them too !
- Tuning is included and is the same as my curved stairs. You only need one of them if you alrady got it. Credits to Ravasheen for writing my own !
- Everything is lowpoly.
